Peter's story
Peter is 62 year-old, married and blessed with adult children. For the past 20 years, he has been running a mixed farming business, growing crops and rearing livestock. Through his hard work, he earns an average monthly income of KES 22,000.
Peter has applied for his second loan with Vision Fund Kenya of KES 115,000. He plans to invest this loan in purchasing a dairy cow and essential farm inputs such as seeds and fertilizers . With improved milk production, he anticipates increased profits that will enable him to comfortably repay his loan. His long-term dream is to continue growing his farming business so he can provide a stable, fulfilling life for his family and live life in its fullness.
