Sineoun, 32, resides in Prey Veng province, Cambodia, an area known as one of the largest rice producing regions in Cambodia. Sineoun is a housewife while her husband is a driver for a blacksmith, earning an income of $7 USD per day. Each month, the family has to spend $56 USD on food and $24 USD on the other necessary expenses. Sineoun is requesting a loan of $1,200 USD to purchase more supplements to improve her husband’s blacksmith business. This will be her first from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner.
