Charles has practiced farming in Ndunyu Njeru town for the last twenty one years. He is 42 years old, married to Lucy and they have eight school age children.

He was introduced to KADET by one of our field officers and this will be his third loan. He paid all of his previous loans off and in good time. He plans to use the loan amount to buy potato seeds, fertilizer and spraying chemicals. He will sell his produce at the local market as he does small scale farming.

In the future Charles hopes to buy more land and practice large scale farming in the Ndunyu Njeru area.
