Margaret is 50 years old and married. She supports six people in her family. For the past three years, Margaret has been a farmer who cultivates her own piece of land. She is hardworking, and only needs resources to attain her goals.
Margaret learned about KADET through outreach by KADET staff in her area and this will be her second loan. She is planning to buy farm inputs such as seed and fertilizer. With the profits she hopes to make from her loan, she intends to plant wheat on a larger piece of land and educate her children.
Margaret’s future dream is to buy a bigger piece of land and become a commercial farmer.
