Tindakeh

Greetings from Sierra Leone! This is 45-year-old Tindakeh from the Lunsar Branch. She is a married businesswoman with three children between the ages of 18 and 25. One of them is currently attending school. She started this business to educate her children.

Tindakeh runs a retail business and sells food items to customers within her community. She has been in this business for the past 24 years. Tindakeh says that one of her challenges is that she sometimes experiences slow sales of her products.

She requested this loan through BRAC Sierra Leone to purchase more food items such as flour, sugar, rice, and others in order to grow her business. Tindakeh says that the extra income from this loan will help her take care of her family. In the future, she would like to expand the business on a larger scale.
