Greetings from Sierra Leone! This is 31-year-old Mariama from Torkpoi Branch. She is a married businesswoman with three children between the age of 5 and 10 years old. They are currently attending school. She started this business to take care of her family.
Mariama runs a retail business and sells drinks to her customers around the community. She has been in this business for the past 4 years. Mariama says that her challenge is the increase in the cost of transportation in the market.
She requested this loan through BRAC Sierra Leone to purchase more drinks like Fanta, Vimto, Coca-Cola, water, etc. to increase her business.
