Suha is a 49-year-old mother of four daughters and six sons. Two of her sons are not able of taking care of their families as they are outside Palestine. Suha and her husband take care of her two sons' families. Their two sons are unable to care for their families at this time not because they are not good husbands, but due to factors related to the political situation in Palestine. Suha and the family have a grocery store which is the only source of income for the entire family.
Suha took out a loan from FATEN to pay for a variety of grocery items in order to attract more customers and have a better income to support such a big family.
Suha is a conservative woman therefore her son is photographed instead of her.
