Eunice's story
Eunice is a 48-year-old married woman supporting a family of six. She has one child under the age of 18 years. She has been a fishmonger for over 15 years, earning an average monthly income of KES. 35,000.
She has applied for a loan of KES 120,000 with which she intends to purchase fish stock. The anticipated profits will then be used to pay school fees for her children. This is her seventh loan cycle with Vision Fund Kenya, and she has been able to pay the previous ones successfully. Her hopes and dreams for the future are to be able to have a stable family and educate her children to the best of her ability.
