Angelita's story
Angelita is 66 years old and single. She lives in the province of Leyte, where she runs a food stall, selling homemade foods to get an income. She has been in this business for a year.
Currently, she asks for a loan of PHP 35,000 through Kiva’s lending partner, CEVI (a microfinance NGO) in the Philippines. She will use this loan as additional capital to buy food ingredients.
Through this loan, Angelita will probably improve her business for a living.
