Sra. Bernadette is a 40-year-old Haitian woman who is currently married. This enterprising woman and mother of three children has a high school education.
Bernadette and her husband arrived in the Dominican Republic 19 years ago in search of a better life and a better future. She has been in business for approximately 15 years. Bernadette currently sells clothes such as trousers, Bermuda shorts, shirts, jackets, pullovers, flannel, children's clothes, and other garments. She operates her business from her house. Her portion of this loan will be used to buy more merchandise so that she can offer a wider variety of products, satisfy the needs of her customers, and generate more income.
Bernadette serves as the group coordinator. She is receiving her 20th loan from Esperanza International. Her dreams are to become a successful person and to help her community.
