A loan of $550 helps to purchase salon braids and gels.

Alice's story
Alice, a 30-year-old resident of Osingo, is married to Kennedy, who also contributes additional income to support their household, and together they care for two children. With eight years of experience running a salon business, she currently earns about 16,000 KES monthly from sales, which she uses to meet her family’s basic needs.
To expand her operations, Alice has applied for a loan of 70,000 KES, which she intends to use to purchase salon braids and gels for resale. Her long-term dream is to establish a beauty school that will not only increase her income, but also empower others in her community through skills and training.
