Mrs. Chhay has been a farmer since she was married. They could make about $3 a day. She now lives with her old mother who has worked in a district office as part of the internal staff, and she is able to contribute additional income monthly.
Mrs. Chhay would like to request a loan in the amount of $1000 to buy potato seed for planting as well as pay for someone to plow her fields.
