A loan of $900 helps to buy more clothes to sell.

Amna's story
Amna, a motivated 44-year-old mother of two, earns her livelihood by running a small home-based business selling ladies’ suits. She purchases clothing from the local market and sells it within her neighborhood. In the early stages, limited capital restricted her ability to maintain sufficient variety and meet customer preferences. With the support of a microfinance loan from CEIP, Amna will be able to expand her stock with a wider range of designs, attract more customers, increase sales, and build a stable and reliable source of income. This support also helps her manage household expenses and invest in her children’s education.
Amna’s story highlights how microfinance empowers women to strengthen their businesses, gain financial confidence, and create lasting positive change for their families and communities.
