Carroline's story
Carroline is 38 years old and she is married with seven children.
She has had a fish business for 11 years, selling fried fish and earning KES 7,000 a month.
This is her second borrowing of KES 71,200 to finance her business. She will be using the loan to purchase a sack of fresh fish from the lake, frying oil and firewood and she hopes that this will help her to pay school fees.
