Jinky's story
Jinky resides in the province of Iloilo. She is 54 years old and married. She and her husband earn their livelihood through fishing, a trade they have been engaged in for many years.
Currently, Jinky is seeking a loan of 40,000 PHP through Kiva’s field partner CEVI (a microfinance NGO in the Philippines). She will use the loan to purchase fishing nets to support their fishing activity.
Jinky aspires to enhance their livelihood in the future, with the goal of achieving a better standard of living.
