Alberto's story
Alberto lives in the province of Davao del Sur. He is 69 years old and married. To earn a living, he works as a tricycle driver—a livelihood he has pursued for the past 15 years.
Currently, he is requesting a loan of PHP 40,000 through Kiva’s field partner, CEVI-Philippines. He plans to use the loan for the maintenance of his tricycle by buying new tires.
Alberto aspires to strengthen and sustain his livelihood in the future, with the goal of providing a better standard of living for his family.
