Carren is 46 years old and married with one child. She has had a retail and M-pesa business for eight years selling assorted shop items of sugar, milk, cleaning detergents, calling cards and assorted plastic household items earning a monthly income of KES. 16,000.

She has applied for her third borrowing of KES. 71,200 to finance her business. She will be using the loan to purchase more calling cards, sacks of sugar, cleaning detergents, milk and bales of wheat and maize flour and hopes this will help her to add more sugar, milk and loaves of bread.
