Santhiaba Nord Group's story
The banc villageois to which Ndeup belongs was established in November 2007.
It is made up of courageous, hardworking women who maintain good relationships with each other.
Ndeup, 63, is the group's representative on the right of the photo, with her hand raised. She is married and has no children.
She sells bags and secondhand clothing. The loan will allow her to buy bags and secondhand clothing in bulk to resell in her village, where she has a storage shed for her merchandise.
The profits will help to support her family.
