Rahab has practiced farming in Ndunyu Njeru town for the last ten years. She is 46 years old, married to Joseph and they have ten school-going children.
She was introduced to KADET by one of our field officers and this will be her 2nd loan. She paid off her previous loan of 20,000 KES well and in good time. She plans to use this loan amount to buy potato seeds and fertilizer, and also to pay her casual workers.
In future, Rahab hopes to buy more land and practice large scale farming.
