Dung's story

Ms. Dung is 31 years old and currently lives with her family in Ba Đình Commune. Her household includes two young children who depend on her; the older child is in fourth grade, while the younger is in second grade. Although both she and her family work hard, their shop has not yet attracted many customers, resulting in a modest and unstable income. Because of this, the family is classified as a low-income household in their community.

To improve their livelihood, she is seeking her first loan from Thanh Hoá MFI. She plans to use the funds to expand her small business by purchasing a variety of fruits such as golden melons, crispy persimmons, apples, and grapes. By diversifying her products, she hopes to increase customer interest and generate a more stable source of income for the family. One of the challenges she faces is that many customers buy on credit, which makes cash flow inconsistent and adds financial pressure to her daily business operations.

Looking ahead, she hopes for good health, happiness, and better economic stability for her whole family. She dreams of growing her business so that the products she sells can bring in higher profits, allowing her to provide a more secure and comfortable life for her children.
