Phương

Mrs. Phương is 61 years old, married, and lives in the Ngọc Lặc district. She is a member of an ethnic minority group in Viet Nam and lives with her son’s family, where she looks after her two young grandchildren so their parents can focus on earning additional income.

With more than 30 years of experience in farming, she continues to work in agriculture while also taking on household helper jobs to supplement her income. Despite her efforts, her family is still classified as a low-income. She is applying for her second loan from Thanh Hoá MFI to expand her acacia plantation by buying young acacia trees. Her previous loan helped her family significantly improve their living conditions, though challenges remain due to their home being far from the town center.

In the future, she hopes her children can secure stable employment, and she wishes to repair the family house to create a safer and more comfortable living space. She also dreams of saving a small reserve fund to support herself in old age.
