Dung's story

Ms. Dung is 29 years old and currently lives with her family in Hoằng Thanh commune. She and her husband have two young children, whom are both dependents. Their eldest child is six years old and attending first grade at the local primary school, while the younger child is enrolled in a nearby kindergarten.

For the past nine years, she has been running a small retail business, selling ready-made clothing. Her household is considered a low-income family in the community. She is now seeking her third loan from Thanh Hoá MFI to add working capital to her business so she can purchase additional items, such as winter jackets, jeans, men’s and women’s outfits, and slippers. Her previous loans have helped her family gradually improve their living conditions, though challenges remain, especially because their home is far from the town center.

Looking ahead, she hopes for good health and happiness for her family. She dreams of growing her business steadily so she can provide a better education for her children and eventually build a new home.
