Otgonbayar has been working in the construction field for eight years. Throughout his career, he has taken on various roles, including rebar workers, construction assistant, and welder, gaining a wide range of practical skills. He currently works with a team of four, and together they have completed many projects and continue to build strong experience wherever they go.

Otgonbayar dreams of establishing his own construction company one day. He is determined to work toward that goal step by step, and he plans to use this loan to purchase essential construction tools to further strengthen his work.

He is also a proud father to his daughter, doing his best every day to create a better future for her.
