America Del Carmen
A loan of $1,600 helps to buy women’s and men’s pants, children’s clothing, and other items.

America Del Carmen's story
America is legally married but currently separated. She has two children, and only one is financially under her care. She has no relatives living abroad. America owns a boutique where she sells clothing for women, men, and children. She has run this business for 17 years and employs two workers. She began in this line of work as an employee, and she learned how the business was managed. Later, she decided to open her own business. She operates her business Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
America is requesting a loan to invest in the purchase of women’s and men’s pants, children’s clothing, and other items. This will allow her to increase her inventory, stock her shop with a variety of fashions and styles, and meet her customers’ needs. It also will help her attract more clients and increase her income to support her daughters.
America’s dream is to have several branches of her business and to see her children grow up to become successful professionals.
