Huê's story
Huê, 43 years old, lives with her husband and their two school-aged children in a rural area of Thanh Hoa province. Her husband works as a manual laborer with unstable income, while she has been running a small grocery shop at home for nearly ten years. Together, their earnings are just enough to cover basic living expenses.
She hopes to purchase more goods to expand her shop, but she lacks the capital to do so. Huê is applying for her third loan from Thanh Hoa MFI to buy additional inventory. She believes that increasing the variety and quantity of products will help attract more customers and improve her family’s income in the future.
