Issa's story
Issa is a resident of Sembabule in central region, he is married, aged 72 with 20 children, 17 are school going.
Issa is mainly a farmer of coffee and seasonal crops such as maize and beans and has been farming for more than 15 years, which has been his main source of income and livelihood for his family.
He has worked hard to look after his coffee and crops to cater to his family needs by gaining more income from his harvests.
Issa is a repeat borrower and has been serving previously very well. He's now requesting a loan to buy fertilizers for his coffee plantation, with the aim of improving his coffee productivity. His goal is to increase his harvests and strengthen his daily farming activities.
