Harinjaka

Harinjaka, a 39-year-old, married, father of three children, is requesting support from Kiva lenders through Vahatra to expand his livestock business. Living with his family in a rural village, he has been practicing livestock farming for twelve years.

Thanks to previous Vahatra financing, he was able to develop a cattle breeding business and increase his capital. His wife, a vender of various snacks, also contributes to improving their household income.  This new loan will allow Harinjaka to buy a few additional animals, as well as hay to feed them. Once the cattle are fattened and sold at the local market, he plans to save the profits to achieve his dream: building a long-lasting home for his family.
