The solidarity group was created February 17, 2001. It consists of 16 women who all live in the same neighborhood. Their main activity is small trade.

Mrs. Fatou, seen on the right in the photo with her hand raised, is the head of the group. She is 81 years old, married, and the mother of ten children. She sells vegetables and has a good command of her activity, having done this for several years.

This loan will allow her to strengthen her capital and further expand her activities. She will use the profits to improve her family’s living conditions (healthcare, food, education, etc.).

One of the group members, Dieneba, did not seek a loan despite appearing in the photo. This explains why 15 members are requesting a group loan although there are 16 members in the picture.
Le groupe de solidarité est créé le 17 février 2001. Ledit groupe est constitué de seize femmes qui habitent le même quartier. Cependant il y a une des femmes du prénom DIENABA qui fait partie du groupe et n'a pas contracté de prêt et qui figure sure la photo. Ce qui fait qu'elle sont 16 sur la photo alors qu'elles sont 15 à prendre de crédit. Leur activité principale est le petit commerce.

Madame Fatou qui est à la droite de la photo levant la main et le responsable de groupe. Elle est âgée de 81 ans. Elle est mariée et mère de dix enfants.

Elle s’active dans la vente de légumes. Elle a une bonne expérience dans ce domaine d’activité, car étant pratiquer depuis plusieurs années.

Ce prêt lui permettra de renforcer son capital et de mieux développer ses activités.
Les profits lui permettront d’améliorer les conditions de vie de la famille (santé, nourriture, scolarité etc.…).
