Ivania de oficio cajera, quien labora en una empresa privada, ha venido mejorando la casa, ya que es mitad de concreto y mitad de madera, el cual ha través de los años la madera ya está en mal estado.
Es madre de una hija, cuenta con el apoyo de su esposo quien labora como gestor de cobro. Este es su segundo ciclo en Afodenic, quien con el primer crédito logro terminar el baño, siendo de gran avance. Hoy con este nuevo préstamo comenzara la casa de concreto desde el arranque lo que unirá junto al muro que tienen para tener mayor espacio.
Comprara materiales de construcción como: bloques, arena, cemento, hierro, alambre de amarre, estribo para comenzar la obra.
