Ivania works as a cashier at a private company. She has been improving her house, which is half concrete and half wood, which over the years the wood has been deteriorating. She has a daughter and relies on the support of her husband who works as a collections agent. This is her second cycle with Afodenic. With her first loan, she was able to finish her bathroom which was a huge improvement. Nowadays, with this new loan, she will begin to construct starting from the base of the concrete half of her home in order to have more space. She will purchase construction materials, such as blocks, sand, cement, iron, wires, and a buttress to start her project.
Ivania de oficio cajera, quien labora en una empresa privada, ha venido mejorando la casa, ya que es mitad de concreto y mitad de madera, el cual ha través de los años la madera ya está en mal estado.
Es madre de una hija, cuenta con el apoyo de su esposo quien labora como gestor de cobro. Este es su segundo ciclo en Afodenic, quien con el primer crédito logro terminar el baño, siendo de gran avance. Hoy con este nuevo préstamo comenzara la casa de concreto desde el arranque lo que unirá junto al muro que tienen para tener mayor espacio.
Comprara materiales de construcción como: bloques, arena, cemento, hierro, alambre de amarre, estribo para comenzar la obra.
