Since 1985 Karen’s family has engaged in stock-raising, bee-keeping and land cultivation. With the profits from farming they supported their family, bought furniture and constructed a new cow-house.

Also Karen is also involved in charcoal production, which is allowing him to increase his family income. This is Karen’s second loan from Nor Horizon and Kiva and now he is asking for a 700.000 AMD to buy some calves for his farm and also fodder for his farm animals.
