Marianela is a member of the Palmeras community bank. She is 34 years old, single, and has an 8 month-old son. Her business is selling ornamental plants, fruit plants and native plants. She will invest the loan that she is requesting in buying plants and plant pots with which to stock her business.
Marianela has a plant stall in Canán Alto and her business is doing well. She joined FINCA Peru through an invitation from one of her aunts.
This is Marianela's second loan cycle. She likes the ease of the loans and the training that she receives from her loan officer. FINCA Peru instill in their members a culture of saving. With her savings, Marianela has bought herself a stove. Her dream is to save up and be able to buy a plot of land and start a [plant] nursery.

Maríanela tiene un puesto de plantas ornamentales, frutales, forestales en Canán Alto y le va bien. Ingresó a FINCA Perú, por la invitación de su tía. Con éste es el segundo ciclo que está. Le parece interesante hay muchos facilidades en los prestamos y por las capacitaciones que da su promotora. Se inculca la cultura del ahorro. Con su ahorro se compró una cocina. Su sueño es ahorrar y poder comprarse un terreno y tener un vivero.
