Maricel is a farmer who grows primarily corn. She buys her supplies in Ventanas each month and then sells her products at the fair located in the same area.


Maricel is requesting a loan to buy seeds, fertilizers, and compost. With the financial assistance provided through this loan, she will be able to acquire needed supplies. The challenges she faces include pests, crop diseases, and changes in weather. Her dream is to buy more land so that she can continue working and helping her family.
