Daniel has operated a farming business for the past two years, selling farm supplies from his shop. His customers are his neighbors and passers-by. Daniel faces a major challenge of seasonality in his business. He dreams of expanding his business and gaining more income in the future.
He decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost his business. With the Kshs 20,000 loan, he wants to purchase fertilizers for his farm supplies business.
Daniel and his wife have two children, all of whom attend school. He owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. His greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
