Mr.Gantumur is 48 years old and lives with his wife and two children in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. He is an experienced taxi driver who has been running a taxi business using his family car since 2000. His eldest daughter studies at university in the Czech Republic. His son recently completed driving lessons and has obtained a driver's license and recently became a taxi driver also, working for a taxi company. Gantumur’s family live in a ger, a traditional Mongolian nomadic tent, in ger district. Gantumur is planning to replace the fences around his plot of land and needs to buy building materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and concrete blocks. The loan he is taking will be used to buy these building materials.
