The “Dos de Mayo” [May Second] community bank has been going for 4 years. It is made up of hardworking and enterprising people who are always looking for chances to get ahead and every day strive for a better future for their children. The community bank's meetings are held every month in the city of Cuzco. Most of the members live in the city of Cuzco (Perú).

At this meeting we meet Eusebia. She lives in the beautiful city of Cuzco and has three children. She is a housewife and is both mother and father to her children. Her friends consider her to be a responsible person who is kind and hardworking. Because of these qualities, they invited her to join the community bank. Eusebia was born in the city of Quiquijana in the province of Quispicanchis of the departament of Cuzco. Before, Eusebia worked for the city hall of the city of Anta. She was a construction worker, but now she sells firewood. She has her own space where she keeps her merchandise and sells the product as well. It has been 4 months since she began her business and it is going very well for her thanks to the dedication she brings to her work. At this time, she needs the loan to buy more firewood. She is 37 years old and a person who really wants to get ahead and have a succesful business day to day, always wanting to offer the best to her family.

El banco comunal “Dos de Mayo” tiene 4 años de funcionamiento y está conformado por personas que son trabajadores y emprendedores que buscan a cada momento las oportunidades para salir adelante y con su esfuerzo diario entregar un mejor futuro a sus hijos. Las reuniones D. banco comunal son cada treinta días en la ciudad D. Cusco. La mayoría de los socios viven en la ciudad D. Cusco (Perú).

En esta reunión conocimos a la señora Eusebia que vive en la hermosa ciudad D. Cusco y tiene tres hijos. Es ama de casa y en particular es padre y madre para hijos y sus amigas la consideran una persona responsable, amable y trabajadora y por tener estas cualidades le invitaron a participar en el banco comunal. Eusebia nació en la ciudad de Quiquijana de la provincia de Quispicanchis D. departamento D. Cusco. Antes Eusebia trabajaba en la municipalidad de la ciudad de Anta, ella era obrera de construcción civil pero ahora se dedica a la venta de leña. Eusebia se dedica a la venta de leña y tiene un pequeño espacio donde guarda su mercadería y de donde también vende sus productos. Ya son 4 meses que empezó con el negocio y le va muy bien gracias al empeño que pone en su trabajo. Ella en esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar más leña. Ella tiene 37 años de edad, es una persona con muchas ganas de superarse y tener un negocio exitoso día con día, siempre con el deseo de brindarle lo mejor a su familia.
