This solidarity group was formed on the 19th of October, 2001. It is made up of nine women who all live in the same quarter and run small businesses.

Madame Gnima - who is on the right of the photo with her hand raised - is the group's leader. She is 40 years old, married, and a mother of six children.

She sells palm oil for a living, and has worked in this field for several years.

This loan will enable her to boost her working capital and to develop her business further.

The profits that she generates will enable her to see to her family's needs (health, food, clothing etc) andn to boost her savings.

Le groupe de solidarité est créé le 19 octobre 2001. Il est composé de neuf femmes qui habitent le même quartier. Leur activité principale est le petit commerce.

Madame Gnima qui est à la droite de la photo levant la main est responsable de groupe. Elle est âgée de 40 ans. Elle est mariée et mère de six enfants.

Elle s’active dans la vente d'huile de palme. Elle a une bonne expérience dans ce domaine d’activité pour l'avoir pratiquer depuis plusieurs années.

Ce prêt lui permettra de renforcer son capital et de mieux développer ses activités.

Les profits lui permettront d’améliorer les conditions de vie de la famille (santé, nourriture, habillement etc.…) et d’augmenter ses épargnes.
