Willium is 38 years old and married, with four children. He is a fishmonger in Marereni Town in Malindi and has been in the business for the past two years now. He makes a monthly income of about KES 6,000 from the business.
He has been loaned KES 10,000 from KADET Ltd. This is his first loan from KADET. He plans to use a portion of the loan to expand his business by putting up a wooden structure to serve as a business premise. The rest of it he will use to add stock into the business.
He will use the anticipated profit from his business to take care of his family and he will save some of it for future investments.
