Sonya is a 28-year-old lady. She is married to Bernard, a 37-year-old man who is currently working in a private company. Sonya and Bernard are blessed with a son, Kiand, who is one year old.

Sonya and her family are living with her mother-in-law and a sister-in-law in a modest house. Sonya operates a computer rental business in order to support her husband in meeting their family needs. Actually this business has been running for 4 years, since Bernard was still single. Now, Bernard is working in another company, so Sonya took over the business.

Sonya is grateful as the income generated from the business can be added to her husband’s income. Her business income depends on how many costumers she has and how many hours the customers spend on the computer. Currently Sonya has 3 computers to be rented but it is not enough to meet the customers’ needs. Sonya wants to add one more computer for her business so she will be able to generate more income and better meet her family's needs.

Sonya would like to request a loan of IDR 4,500,000 from TLM. She wants to purchase one computer for her business. Sonya hopes that her loan application will be approved by TLM so she can improve her business.
