La señora Dolores es socia fundadora del Banco comunal es la secretaria del mismo y le gusta porque sus compañeras son muy responsables y buenas amigas. Tiene 33 años de edad, está casada y de esta relación tiene tres hijos de 13, 11 y 5 años de edad, el mayor estudia en colegio y los menores en escuela. Su esposo es chofer.

Es una ama de casa que para obtener sus propios recursos se dedica a la venta de artículos para el hogar como planchas, colchones, ventiladores, etc. Su forma de venta es a través de cartillas o sistema acumulativo. También vende productos de Yanbal (productos de belleza, cosméticos, perfumería y accesorios para damas). Trabaja tres días a la semana, deja sus productos a crédito y cobra cada semana. Sus productos los recibe en una distribuidora en Portoviejo. Tiene diez años que se dedica a esta actividad y le va bastante bien.
