The Diappo Liggey solidarity group was set up on 12th May 2010. It is made up of 13 women who live in the same neighborhood and who are mainly active in animal fattening and small trading businesses.

Aminata, who is in charge of the group, is 26 years old; she is married and mother to three children. She is standing on the right of the photo wearing a mauve "boubou" (a West African flowing dress), covered by a white shawl.

She has a small trading activity selling various goods such as fabric, shoes and food products etc. She has more than ten years' experience. She also has a sheep fattening activity.

Her loan will enable her to buy goods and sheep in order to strengthen her sales capacity.

She wants to work a lot in order to become financially independent. She helps her husband with the daily household expenses.

Le groupe de solidarité Diappo Liggey est créé le 12 mai 2010. Il est composé de treize femmes qui habitent le même quartier et ont comme principales activités l'embouche et le petit commerce.



Madame Aminata la responsable est âgée de 26 ans; elle est mariée mère de trois enfants.Sur la photo elle est debout à droite en boubou mauve couverte d'un châle blanc.



Elle mène une activité de petit commerce diverse marchandises tissus, chaussures, produits alimentaires etc.....Elle a une bonne expérience de plus de dix ans.Elle fait parallèlement de l'embouche bovine.



Son prêt lui servira à acheter des marchandises et des moutons pour renforcer sa capacité de vente.


Son souhait c'est de beaucoup travailler pour obtenir une autonomie financière. Elle aide son mari dans les charges quotidiennes de la famille.
