Joseph is 31 years old and single. He runs a retail shop where he sells sugar, cooking fat, tea leaves, salt and soap. Besides this business, he is also employed. Joseph was previously selling clothes to earn a living. He has sustained his business for one and a half years because of his good customer care skills. His dream is to own rental houses in the future. He has requested a loan of 80,000 KES to buy sugar, rice, maize flour, cooking fat and diapers for his store.
