Fousseni is 45 years old, married to a retailer and father to three children. He had the brilliant idea of setting up a business selling stamps for official documents near the port and he provides these for legalising papers as part of the customs clearance process, easing the task for freight brokers. To do this he gets his supplies of stamps from the town-hall. He is also a police officer at the port's police station. He began this activity in 1986. He would like to get more supplies of stamps and for this reason is requesting a second loan.
