Thor, age 48, is married and resides with her children in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. Thor grows vegetables, earning an income of $2.50 per day to help cover the family expenses. The family is also supported by her husband who raises cows and buffaloes, earning an income of $2 per day. Their standard of living has improved since Thor has had her business.
Thor is requesting a loan of $700 to purchase dirt to fill out the land at the back of her house to grow more kinds of vegetables. This is her second loan from CREDIT, a Kiva partner.
