La A.C. “ROSAS DE VILLA INGENIO” iniciará el ciclo número cuarto en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Germán Busch. Está compuesta por ocho integrantes, la asociación comunal está dirigida por una mesa directiva a la cabeza de la señora María. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: comercio, producción de artesanías, producción de cuero, carpintería, servicio de comida y tejido de máquina

La señora María indica que hace veinte años que integra una asociación comunal en Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una promotora. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de elaboración de artesanías en cuero desde hace veinticinco años

El crédito que sacará ahora es para aumentar su capital (material de cuero)para la elaboración de las carteras, las que venderá por mayor en diferentes lugares, ya que viaja para vende sus productos a diferentes lugares. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar en lo posible a su familia, pues ella es casada y tiene tres hijos
