The nonprofit, “The Spoiled Ones” will begin their ninth loan with Pro Mujer as a part of Germán Busch’s focal group. The communal bank is made up of ten members and it is run by a board headed by Mrs. Lidia. The businesses that the members of the bank have are all different as they are in the market, production and service fields.

Mrs. Lidia has been a member of a communal bank with Pro Mujer for over twelve years since she was invited by a friend. At present, she makes baize, work that she has being doing for twelve years and started with her first loan.

The loan that Mrs. Lidia needs will be used to buy polar fleece to make her products. This material will be bought at Plaza La Paz (a marketplace in the city of El Alto) she will sell her items in the markets of the La Paz department and her mother will sell them in the Santa Cruz department. Her job allows her to have enough resources to support her family as much as possible since she is married and has three children.

When asked what she enjoys of Pro Mujer she says that she likes the space and the resources.

La A.C. “CONSENTIDAS” iniciará el ciclo número uno en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Germán Busch. Está compuesta por diez integrantes, la asociación comunal está dirigida por una mesa directiva a la cabeza de la señora Lidia. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: comercio, producción y servicio

La señora Lidia indica que hace doce años que integra una asociación comunal en Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una amiga. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de confección de bayetas que viene trabajando hace doce años, empezando el mismo con el primer préstamo.

El crédito que sacará ahora es para comprar tela polar, para la elaboración de sus productos. Este material lo adquirirá de la Plaza La Paz (lugar comercial de la ciudad de El Alto) y lo comercializará en las ferias del deparetamento de La Paz y su mamá lo vende en el departamento de Santa Cruz. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar en lo posible a su familia, pues ella es casada y tiene tres hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el consultorio y las capacitaciones.
