Jose Del Carmen
José works as a pump operator for a private firm. He’s been working for twenty years for his family’s wellbeing. His two daughters are studying and his wife works as a sales executive to cover expenses.

He has been improving his house little by little because he has to cover expenses and he’s had little savings. Because of this he took the initiative to opt for financing so that his dwelling can be in better condition.

This is his second cycle. He will divide and enlarge a room since it’s small buying concrete blocks, cement, sand and iron rods. This will create more space and comfort for his children. He used the previous loan to replace the entire roof which was a huge step forward through this means.
