Mariya is an entrepreneur from the western Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankovsk. She has a small business selling popular sports clothing at the central produce market in Ivano-Frankovsk. For many years Mariya worked as a baker in a local bakery but she decided to quite her job and start her own business. She has been in business now for seven years. Mariya is divorced and works hard to provide for herself. Her typical monthly income is around $800.

Mariya has requested a loan to help purchase a new supply of hats and sports outfits to sell in her kiosk. This is Mariya’s second loan from Nadiya Ukraine. She benefited from her first loan and was able to increase her inventory. We are glad for this new opportunity to support Mariya in her business endeavors.
