El comité de Mujeres Emprendedoras de Asunción se encuentra integrados por 15 mujeres de la comunidad.
Ellas se dedican a variadas actividades: por ejemplo, la señora María A. posee un taller de costura, en donde confecciona todo tipo de ropas para sus clientes, es una modista muy conocida por la delicadeza y perfección en la realización de sus prendas, ella desea poder adquirir mayor cantidad de telas para poder hacer más ropas para ofrecer y dar una mejor variedad a sus clientes.
La mayoría de estas "Mujeres Emprendedoras" son madres, algunas de las integrantes son madres solteras, para todas ellas es sumamente importante obtener el crédito, pues ello significaría un mejor ingreso y un apoyo para adquirir la materia prima para sus actividades.
Las "Mujeres Emprendedoras" se caracterizan por el esfuerzo, ya que deben llevar a sus hogares el pan de cada dia y al mismo tiempo buscar la forma de mandar a la escuela a sus hijos para que puedan seguir adelante.
