El señor Roberto Antonio Gómez L. , tiene la edad de 29 años , habita en el comunidad loma Negras , en el municipio de la Concepción , junto a su esposa la cual le apoya con las actividades del hogar y se encarga de vender el producto cuanto este ya está en su estado de corte , don Roberto desde hace diez años trabaja al campo , durante este tiempo la mayor dificultad que se le presenta son los problemas de plagas y enfermedades que afectan al cultivo de mandarina , el crédito lo quiere para comprar exfoliantes e insumos necesarios para realizar aplicación en todas las plantas y poder salvar la producción ya que no cuenta con un capital suficiente para realizar la comprar de fertilizantes .
