She has been the president of the group twice before and it was a model bank. Thanks to Finca Peru she was able to send her kids to school and today they have careers. Her dream is to be able to sell her avocadoes directly and not to have to sell through distributors.

El Banco Comunal Luz Divina inicia su ciclo número 40 con 11 socias, las que se dedican a la venta de panes, productos de belleza, preparación de comidas, reparación de zapatos y venta de alimentos.
Celsa es la Presidenta del Banco Comunal, es casada, tiene 50 años y 2 hijos de 27 y 24 años de edad. Celsa se dedica la siembra de paltos. Celsa es de profesión Técnico en enfermería trabaja en el Hospital de Apoyo de Ayacucho y también tiene un plantación de paltos de la variedad forte y linda en la provincia de Huanta. Vende a los acopiadores en su chacra. Ella solicita un préstamo para invertir en la compra de fertizantes y remedios para su plantación de paltos.
Celsa está en FINCA Perú hace 12 años, ingresó por la invitación de una socia, le gusta por los créditos que le dan a base de confianza, por los gratos momentos que pasa con sus compañeras de banco. Fue 2 veces Presidenta de su Banco Comunal y fue banco modelo. Gracias a FINCA Perú, educó a sus hijos y ahora son profesionales. Su sueño es poder comercializar sus paltos en forma directa y ya no vender a través de los acopiadores.
